What To Pack For The White Isle

There's nothing that gets you in the holiday-mood like shopping. Browsing the bikini's, sunglasses and barely-there denim shorts whilst it's under ten degrees and forever-cloudy in London is somewhat satisfying, being safe in the knowledge that sometime soon you'll be by a pool with an Aperol in your hand and a book by your side. In less than two weeks, I'm heading to the white island of Ibiza (think sunbathing and chilling-vibe over partying on the strip), and in preparation I'm anticipating the contents of my suitcase. As much as I'm into a wardrobe full of colour, island-life has got me thinking back to basics; woven, neutral and slightly un-done are all on my radar and the high-street has a lot to offer. As per every season, Mango's accessory offering is speaking my language (and concurrently draining my withering bank balance), and it wouldn't be a holiday without bringing a ridiculously-oversized bag along to lug all those necessities about. Not only that, their Commited collection is everywhere right now and this skirt is the most eco-chic thing I've seen in a long time.
